Lend up tp 95% of land value and cost to build
Require:
- Fixed price contract form registered builder
- Contract of sale for land being purchased(not required for "pre-purchase approvals")
- Two recen pay slips as proof of income and/or group certificate. Letter from employer stating lenght of employment and gross annual income
- Copies of driver's licence& passport (or other identification to complete 100 point check)
