Use the equity on your home to invest such as shares or investment properties.

Require:

  1. Last six month's mortgage statements (and statements of any other loans to be refinanced)
  2. copy of rates notice
  3. Two recent pay slips as proof of income and/or group certificate of letter form employer stating lenght of employment and gross annual income
  4. Copies of driver's licence and passport (or other identification to complete 100 pont check)
